Rates are for single or double occupancy and include breakfast. Rates do not include the 9% NH lodging tax.
We are proud to provide a 20% MILITARY DISCOUNT to all members on active duty, reservists or retired personnel. (Military ID required – NO EXCEPTIONS).
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are paying by cash, it is collected at the time of check-in (a credit card is required to secure the reservation). A one night deposit charge will be placed on the card.
A deposit of one night's stay is required unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Check-in time is between 4pm – 6pm. To arrange an arrival time later than 6pm, please call (603)674-5030 so we may prepare for your late arrival.
Check-out time is 10am.
There are 5 parking spaces available on site. One parking space is offered per guestroom unless alternate arrangements have been made. There will be an additional charge of $20 per night per additional vehicle.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS
There is a two night minimum stay required for special events, holidays, and weekends.
A hot entrée is included each morning of your stay and is served in the Gathering Room. Breakfast is available Monday-Sunday between 8am-9:00am. There is a Keurig machine located in the Gathering Room for guests to enjoy hot beverages throughout the day. In the afternoon, cookies or other treats will be available for the enjoyment of our guests.
The Lantern Inn is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside or outside on the premises. Any smoking inside of the building will result in an immediate request to leave, an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus your room charges. PLEASE be respectful of this policy. We want all of our guests to enjoy a healthy, clean atmosphere.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. If you are traveling with a four legged companion, we will be happy to suggest boarding facilities in the area. Please note that the owners have a cat that you may see from time to time. Please be courteous and respectful.
The Lantern Inn is tailored to accommodate couples or traveling companions who wish to enjoy a quiet reprieve from their hectic, everyday lifestyles. While we certainly understand that children are an integral part of family vacations, we cannot accommodate them at the Inn. However, we will make an exception if the entire Inn is booked by a family and the children are supervised by an adult family member at all times.
If you must cancel all or part of your confirmed reservation, we must receive advance notice. If cancellations are received at least 14 days prior to the check-in time of the date being cancelled, then your deposit will be fully refunded less a $35.00 service charge. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your reserved check-in date you are responsible for the balance of your reservation. If we are able to re-rent your room for the entirety of your reservation your deposit and any balance paid will be refunded less a $35.00 service charge. This policy applies to late arrivals, early departures and no shows as well.
